Modern slavery and human trafficking statement for the year ended 31 March 2022
Well-Safe Solutions Limited (the “Company”) is a global provider of decommissioning services to the international oil and gas industry. The Company is committed to high ethical standards and conducting its business in compliance with the principles laid out in Section 54 of the United Kingdom Modern Slavery Act 2015.
The Company is committed to ensuring that slavery and human trafficking do not take place in any part of our business and supply chains. We continue to undertake all reasonably practicable steps to uphold that commitment. We continued our practice of ensuring that all our employees are fully aware of our Business Ethics as part of their induction process. To mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking taking hold within our supply chains, we continue to contractually oblige our suppliers to comply with our business principles. Such principles include an obligation to ensure that suppliers comply with applicable law regarding employees working conditions and benefits.
