Reporting Line:
The Corporate and Quality Assurance Advisor will report directly to the Senior Corporate and Quality Assurance Advisor, with functional reports to Project and Departmental Teams.
Role:
The Corporate and Quality Assurance Advisor responsibilities are to include the facilitation and management of the company’s Multisite Business Management system to levels that will successfully achieve the requirements of all interested parties including customer, regulatory and certification authorities/providers.
Key responsibilities:
The Corporate and Quality Assurance Advisor will be required to:
- Adopt and actively encourage engagement with Well-Safe’s mission, values, strategies and promises.
- Conduct and facilitate BMS Audits and Improvement plans
- Conduct and facilitate MAH, Rig/Asset Assurance Audits – Offshore and Shipyard
- Facilitate Independent Verification body, Approval body, External Provider and/or Interested Party Audits and Assessment activities
- Monitor and support the timely close out of BMS reports including Non-Conformances, Lessons Learned and Management of Change
- Support BMS Investigations, Root Cause Analysis and the ongoing monitoring of preventative measures
- Be proactive in the development and implementation of Project Assurance plans
- Provide support to members of the HSE Team
- Contribute to and support Well-Safe’s HSE Strategies, Aims and Objectives
- Support the company’s Sustainability and ESG strategies and plans.
- Support the companies Training and Competence Program
- Carry out any other tasks required with the competence of the role and the jobholder.

Knowledge & Competency:
Essential:
- Oil and Gas Industry experience
- Offshore Survival
- Certified Internal Auditor Training as recognised by IRCA
- Minimum 2 yrs. experience in the auditing of QHSE Managements systems
- Proven experience in the production of Process and Procedural documentation
- Health and Safety Qualification
- Environmental Qualification
- Investigation and Root Cause Analysis Training
- Experience in the use of Software for the implementation of an approved MS
Desired:
- Health and Safety Qualification at IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent
- Certified Lead Auditor Training as recognised by IRCA
- Knowledge and experience of Well Plug & Abandonment and/or Decommissioning activities
- CPD maintained in accordance with relevant Professional bodies (i.e. CQI, IOSH, IEMA)
