About Massimo

Massimo has over 20 years of multidisciplinary experience in the energy sector, having lived and worked across four continents in a globetrotting career. As General Manager of Well-Safe Solutions Pty, Massimo leads the growth of Well-Safe Solutions in South-east Asia and Australia.

His considerable operational and commercial experience has seen him hold general manager roles with Saipem, Helix Energy Solutions Group and ASX-listed Neptune Marine Services.

Working in Australia for the past 12 years and the well plug and abandonment sector for the past three, Massimo collaborates with clients, stakeholders and the regulator to achieve safe, smart and efficient well decommissioning.

Prior to his career in the energy sector, Massimo was an officer in the Italian army. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering as well as an MBA from ENI Scuola Superiore Enrico Mattei.
